Welcome to mendosteopathy.com. By accessing this website or booking a session at our London, Ontario clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
Mend Osteopathy provides manual therapy services performed by qualified Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (M. OMSc). These services are intended to support musculoskeletal health and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician.
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
We value your time and the time of our practitioners.
- Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Fees: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. While our practitioners are recognized by major insurance providers in Ontario, it is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage with their specific provider. Mend Osteopathy does not guarantee reimbursement.
User Conduct & Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only. You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability
